Brent manages the Health & Benefits consulting division of The Terra Cotta Financial Group and Oxygen Working Capital. His responsibilities include: proper process guidance, forecasting, tax and legal compliance, and continuous reporting. He helps deliver sustainable benefit solutions to employers, by delivering superior value and driving down cost.
Prior to joining The Terra Cotta Financial Group, Brent worked for over 10 years as an executive account manager for both a national insurance carrier and the largest independent third party administrator. Through working with some of the leading benefit consultants in the industry, Brent has developed the ability to deliver some of the industry’s most innovative and sustainable solutions. Every client has unique needs, and as true benefit consultants it is our job to reduce the noise, be transparent, and to constantly deliver value. In his spare time, Brent enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. If you asked him, he might say that his golf clubs are his favourite possession.
