Sab Ravalli

Sab is the Capital Partner and co-founder of The Terra Cotta Financial Group. He is a member of the Leadership Team and leads the capital sourcing and due diligence processes on private capital deals. Sab helps guide the firm's corporate structuring, strategy processes for the firm and manages industry, professional and private equity relationships for The Terra Cotta Financial Group. He brings 25 years of C-suite experience and proven advice to Terra Cotta clients and business owners where he routinely assists with their re-structuring strategies and succession needs.

Prior to joining The Terra Cotta Financial Group, Sab co-founded and helped build Oxygen Working Capital (OWC), an innovative and growing private debt firm. He was instrumental in the introduction of the partners of The Terra Cotta Financial Group and Oxygen Working Capital, thereby creating outstanding synergies across all the financial services divisions.

Sab also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prodomax Automation Inc., one of Canada’s leading industrial automation and robotics companies. Prodomax earned top honours by being voted as one of  "Canada's 50 Best Companies." Since 2014, the firm has consecutively maintained its annual certification as one of "Canada's Best Managed” companies, having recently been awarded a Canada’s Best Managed “Gold Award.” Sab understands the complexities of business ownership and succession planning, having managed the strategy and processes of successfully selling a major portion of Prodomax in 2015. He currently remains Executive Chairman of Prodomax. Away from the office, Sab enjoys boating, golfing and collecting rare, early model American muscle cars.
