Charles is responsible for all aspects of employee and corporate benefits management for The Terra Cotta Financial and Oxygen Working Capital client group, including forecasting, budgeting, tax and legal compliance, and reporting of group insurance and retirement plans. He guides the analysis process, plan modelling, adjustment and implementation of new programs and the development of risk controls to ensure the sustainability of client plans.
